Registration/Cancelation Policies

REGISTRATION POLICIES:

  • Full payment is due upon registration to reserve your child's spot in a class.
  • There are no refunds for missed classes.
  • Infants 10 months and younger by the class start date may attend for free with a registered sibling.
  • If a class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, families will be notified prior to the first class and a refund will be granted.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

  • 90% of tuition will be refunded if a family cancels at least one week prior to the first class.
  • 80% of tuition will be credited to a future semester if a student cancels less than one week prior to the first class or during the first week of classes.
  • No refunds or credits will be given after the first week of class. Only in the event of a serious illness or family emergency will a refund or credit be given at the discretion of the director.
